I knew it would eventually happen. Our oldest decided that she didn’t want to trick-or-treat with her folks and siblings this year. I’d hoped it would be another year or so. No such luck. Apparently, we are too old and fuddy duddy for her.

She dressed up in a poodle skirt, matching two other girlfriends, and they went as sock hoppers or girls from the 50’s & 60’s. We set Jeb our son up as a pumpkin. His sister Katie had picked a costume to be a ladybug. Yea, that didn’t go on Halloween night.

So, we had a pumpkin and a scaredy cat(it was on her shirt) that was also a snow bunny. With the cold drizzle, we made it about 40 minutes that night. But it was fun! And that alone made it worth it!
